Answer: The warranty period for lights is 6 months if the item is found to be technically defective after an inspection by the technical team. It is covered under the in-store 1-to-1 exchange.
Q2: Does this require a cord kit to plug in to an outlet?
Answer: This is a hardwired pendant that hangs from the ceiling. We do not recommend making any modifications to the wiring to change it, so as to be able to plug into an outlet.
Q3: Is this light dimmable?
Answer: Not at the moment. However, it is possible if used in conjunction with a dimmable lightbulb and dimmer switch
Q4: Can the wire be adjusted?
