Return Requests

Return requests can only be made within 30 days of the date you received the item. To initiate this request, please email us at with your order number, reason for return and photographs of the item.

Please note that the policy is subject to the conditions below:

  • Only items in as-new condition can be returned. Products with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or any other modification will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to reject a return request of a product that, in our reasonable opinion, is of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, or poor maintenance and care of the product.
  • Please return the item in its original packaging. Alternatively, repack the item sufficiently to avoid damage in transit. We encourage customers to photograph the item scheduled for return and the condition of the packaging before handing them over to our delivery partners.

The following items are not applicable for return:

  • Clearance items and sample pieces
  • Items requiring assembly
  • Damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear

We will process the return once we have received and inspected your returned item. If approved, you will receive an email notification with details of your store credit.

You can always contact us for any return-related question at and we’ll respond to you within 1-2 working days.

Returns for faulty or damaged goods

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will replace the item for you, or offer you a refund provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving the delivery and returning the items to us. Refunds will be processed on the net amount paid after discount.

Refunded Amount = Final Paid Price - Delivery Fee 

Please note that upon receiving your order, you acknowledge that the goods received are in good condition and not faulty or damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
